Kisskh (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to https://www.kisskhweb.org (the “Site”). This Privacy Notice sets out the categories of personal information we process, the purposes of and legal bases for that processing, the parties with whom information is shared, and the rights you may exercise. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

The controller responsible for the processing of personal information through the Site is Kisskh. All enquiries relating to this Notice, including requests to exercise your rights, should be sent to support@kisskhweb.org.

B. Personal Information We Process

The table below summarises the information processed through the Site, the reason it is processed, the legal basis relied upon where the GDPR applies, and how long it is kept.

No account is needed to use the Site, and we never ask for payment details.

C. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies where they are required for the Site to function. Video hosts set their own cookies once you choose to play an embedded video, as explained in Part D. Your browser settings allow you to refuse or delete cookies at any time.

D. Embedded Video Content

Video content on the Site is hosted by independent third-party platforms and shown through embedded players. To limit the information shared with those platforms, the Site loads a player only after you press play; before that point, your browser makes no request to the video host. After the player loads, the host may receive your IP address, set cookies, log viewing activity, and link that activity to any account you hold with the host. The host is an independent controller of that information and processes it under its own privacy policy.

Hosts may show their own advertisements inside their players and use advertising cookies to do so. Those advertisements are selected and served by the host, not by us, and we have no access to the data involved and derive no revenue from them.

E. Further Purposes

In addition to the purposes listed in Part B, we may process personal information to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; to enforce our Terms of Service; to investigate suspected abuse or security incidents; and to comply with applicable laws and with lawful requests from public authorities. We do not carry out automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

F. Recipients

We do not sell personal information. It may be disclosed to:

• providers of hosting, content delivery services acting on our instructions;
• professional advisers, where necessary;
• public authorities, where disclosure is required by law;
• a successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

G. Security

We maintain administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we process, including encrypted connections and limited administrative access. While we work to protect your information, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

H. International Transfers

Our service providers may process information outside your country of residence. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR requires, such transfers are made on the basis of an adequacy decision or of appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

I. Your Rights

California residents may additionally request information about the categories of personal information collected and disclosed, request its deletion or correction, and opt out of any sale or sharing of it, without discrimination. We do not sell or share personal information.

Requests may be sent to support@kisskhweb.org. We may ask you to verify your identity, and we will respond within the time limits set by applicable law.

J. Opt-Out Tools and Browser Signals

• Your browser settings allow you to block or remove cookies;
• signing out of a video host’s service before pressing play prevents your viewing from being linked to your account with that host.

The Site does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals, as no common standard for them has been adopted. As we neither sell nor share personal information, Global Privacy Control signals do not alter our processing.

K. Children

The Site is not intended for children under thirteen (13) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from such children and will delete any that comes to our attention. Please notify us at support@kisskhweb.org if you believe this has occurred.

L. Links to Other Websites

The Site contains links to external websites that we neither operate nor control. This Notice does not apply to them, and we recommend that you review their privacy policies.

M. Updates to This Notice

This Notice may be amended to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date and will apply from that date. Continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Notice.
