Synopsis

A turf war erupts between a local gang in Garibong-dong, Seoul, and the Heuksapa gang from Yanbian, China, prompting police intervention. Jang Chen, a brutal loan shark from China, leads his violent henchmen, Wei Sung Rak and Yang Tae, in the fight for control.
